About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Verification Engineer to own unit and cluster level verification of networking IPs for its datacenter chips. Based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, you will design test environments, create verification components, and ensure robust functionality of high‑performance queuing and scheduling subsystems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and build testbenches using Specman and modern verification methodologies.
  • Define test plans, develop tests, and create reusable verification infrastructure for clusters and systems.
  • Develop bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards that can be leveraged across projects.
  • Implement functional coverage and drive verification closure at unit and cluster levels.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, FPGA teams, and post‑silicon groups to validate designs.

Eligibility

  • BTech or MTech in ECE, EE, CSE or an equivalent engineering degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in verification closure of complex units, subsystems or SOC‑level designs.
  • Strong debugging, analytical and communication skills for global, matrixed teams.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Specman language and methodology.
  • Experience in SystemVerilog and UVM (preferred).
  • Knowledge of networking datapath and switching verification IPs.
  • Ability to build reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers and scoreboards.
  • Familiarity with functional coverage and verification tools for simulation and debug.
