About the role

Cohere Health is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join its Engineering team in Hyderabad. You will partner with application groups to automate infrastructure, build observability, and keep cloud services reliable, scalable and performant.

Responsibilities

Automate deployments, enforce release governance and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Design, implement and maintain observability dashboards using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog or CloudWatch.
Define and monitor SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs for critical services.
Develop IaC with Terraform and create self‑healing automation scripts.
Handle incident response, root‑cause analysis and maintain runbooks.
Enforce security best practices and support audit/compliance activities.

Eligibility

4+ years of hands‑on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana.

Skills

Strong expertise in AWS services (ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform, IAM, networking, security).
Proficiency with Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and scripting (Python, Bash, Lua).
Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK/Kibana.
Solid programming background in Java and familiarity with API Gateway, Okta.
Knowledge of SLIs/SLOs, incident management and runbook creation.
