Software Engineer II

About the role

Upland Software is looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer II to build and enhance browser‑based CRM and telephony integration features for its InGenius platform. The role is fully remote within India and focuses on delivering high‑quality front‑end functionality using modern web technologies and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive UI components with Angular, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Integrate front‑end modules with Node.js back‑end services and AWS serverless APIs.
• Develop telephony integration flows and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to define requirements and validate implementations.
• Write clean, maintainable code and perform peer code reviews.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting across India.
