About the role
GE Vernova is seeking a full‑stack Software Engineer to develop and enhance product features across the UI, backend services, and data layers. You will work on Angular‑based front‑end components and Python APIs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security while collaborating with senior engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve end‑to‑end product features spanning frontend, backend, and data components.
- Create reusable Angular UI components using TypeScript and responsive design principles.
- Develop and maintain Python‑based services and REST APIs with a focus on performance and security.
- Write clean, testable code and produce unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies using Azure DevOps.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment readiness.
- Utilize AI‑assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to boost productivity.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of professional software engineering experience in full‑stack product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and unit/integration testing.
Skills
- Angular and TypeScript for frontend development.
