About CareersAt.Tech
A job board for students and graduates in India looking for an internship or a first tech job: mostly the 2025, 2026 and 2027 batches, plus early-career roles up to about three years. Every listing shows its batch and experience and links to the employer's own application page.
Who runs it
CareersAt.Tech is an independent job board, started and run by Jnanashish Handique (@Jnanashish on X). It isn't a recruitment agency, and it isn't owned by any employer.
How a role gets listed
Most roles are collected from other job sources, and our team adds some by hand. Each one goes through these steps, in this order:
- 01Collected daily. Pulled from 11 job sources every day, on a fixed schedule.
- 02Employer link, or nothing. The apply link must open the employer's own careers page — never a portal, a repost or an agent.
- 03No reposts. Four duplicate checks, so a role posted on five boards shows up here once.
- 04Open to India. Roles closed to candidates in India are dropped. Every listing states its batch and experience.
- 05Pay, labelled. Pay is marked as stated by the employer, or as an estimate from salary sites.
- 06Re-checked nightly. Every apply link is tested again at midnight. Closed and dead roles come down overnight.
A role that's missing details waits for a person to review it before it goes up.
What we don't check
We don't vet each employer's hiring process, so always apply through the official link on the job page. Genuine employers never charge a fee to apply or to interview. If a listing asks you for money, or looks fake or closed, tell us and we'll take it down.
Free to use
Browsing, applying and every tool on the site are free, and there's nothing to sign up for. You apply on the company's own site, so we never see your CV. The site is paid for by ads: sponsor banners carry an “Ad” tag, and a sponsored role a “Featured” one.
