Azure DevOps Engineer

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design, automate and manage cloud infrastructure and software delivery pipelines on Microsoft Azure. The role involves building IaC with Terraform and ARM templates, creating CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions, containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and ensuring observability, security and cost‑optimization across multiple Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Manage Azure services such as VM, VNet, Azure AD, DNS, VMSS, Functions, Monitor, ACS and AKS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM templates.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Containerize workloads and orchestrate them with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate operational tasks using Linux, Bash and Python scripting.
• Implement monitoring, logging and tracing using Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Kibana and OpenTelemetry.

Eligibility

• B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional experience in Azure cloud services and DevOps engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform, ARM templates, GitHub Actions, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux, Bash and Python scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud security, RBAC, Managed Identities and Key Vault.
