About the role

Hiver is seeking a DevOps 2 Engineer to join its Engineering team in Bangalore, India. The position is full‑time and hybrid, focusing on building and operating scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployments, and supporting engineering squads.

Responsibilities

Design, provision, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on Amazon EKS.
Automate application delivery using Argo CD and GitHub Actions.
Manage data stores such as Elasticsearch, RDS and DocumentDB.
Implement infrastructure‑as‑code with Terraform.
Operate messaging systems like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
Apply GitOps principles and resolve scalability challenges.

Eligibility

3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in SRE, System Administration or DevOps.
Strong Linux fundamentals.
Proven track record of working with AWS cloud services.
Ability to work onsite in Bangalore with a hybrid schedule.
