About the role

Zscaler is seeking an entry‑level Business Support Analyst (L1) to provide first‑line support for Cornerstone OnDemand and Letter AI platforms in Bangalore. The role blends SaaS application support with AI‑driven automation, using low‑code tools to reduce manual effort and improve the digital employee experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver L1 functional troubleshooting for Cornerstone OnDemand and Letter AI while meeting SLA targets.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents and low‑code automations with Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Zapier to streamline ticket handling.
Create and maintain prompt libraries for generative AI to support knowledge‑base articles and SOP generation.
Configure basic CSOD settings, perform release impact testing, and manage escalations with detailed diagnostics.
Document support processes, capture operational metrics, and identify repetitive tasks for automation backlog.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in SaaS application support or LMS administration.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Bangalore, India.

Skills

Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
Hands‑on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
Proficiency in low‑code/no‑code automation tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Zapier.
Prompt‑engineering skills for LLM‑driven outputs.
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems, basic REST API concepts, and frontend debugging tools.
