About the role

Capco is seeking an AWS Support Engineer to provide end‑to‑end support for post‑trade processing applications across its Bengaluru and Pune sites. The role involves L1‑L3 incident handling, change and release management, and ensuring high availability of critical financial services platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver L1, L2 and L3 support for middle‑office, back‑office and settlement applications.
Manage incidents, problems and service requests using established workflows.
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
Monitor applications, perform fail‑over testing and oversee disaster‑recovery activities.
Handle change and release management, including scheduling and execution.
Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.

Eligibility

Minimum 4 years of experience in production support, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong understanding of AWS services and Snowflake.
Experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.

Skills

Production support / DevOps / SRE.AWS cloud platform.Snowflake data warehouse.RDBMS such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Sybase.Batch job schedulers (TWS, Autosys).Scripting in Python.
