About the role

Altera Digital Health is looking for a Systems Support Engineer to join its 24×7 operations team. The role is remote (covering Pune and Baroda) and involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving application and infrastructure incidents while delivering a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide round‑the‑clock support across rotational shifts in a 24×7 environment.
Perform Level 1 analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
Gather logs, create clear escalation tickets for development, and maintain a knowledge base of known issues.
Prepare client read‑outs, progress presentations, and technical documentation.
Participate in daily/weekly technical and leadership calls to keep stakeholders updated.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

Eligibility

3‑4 years of experience in proactive support and monitoring of applications/infrastructure.
Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, .NET applications, IIS, and SQL Server.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and basic ITIL knowledge.
Exposure to Azure monitoring, networking basics, and Power BI/Excel reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
