About the role
The Project Analyst will drive AI/ML software initiatives from concept through production, coordinating cross‑functional teams in Chennai. The role blends Agile project delivery with New Product Introduction governance, ensuring timely, cost‑effective outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of AI/ML projects using Scrum, Kanban or hybrid methods while aligning with NPI milestones.
- Maintain project KPIs such as on‑time delivery, savings accuracy, and AI success metrics.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage backlogs, and coordinate with product owners and engineering squads.
- Identify, track and mitigate risks, dependencies and issues across data, model, and deployment activities.
- Prepare and present progress, financial status and impact reports to senior leadership.
- Champion continuous improvement of Agile practices and incorporate lessons learned from prior NPI cycles.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business or a related discipline.
