About the role
Genpact is seeking a senior AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio. The role involves translating business needs into scalable AI solutions, managing the full solution lifecycle, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high‑impact outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch AI agents and copilots on Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Convert business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle from proof‑of‑concept to production.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for AI agents.
- Develop scripts and basic data‑engineering workflows to support AI services.
- Document technical designs, solution guides and operational runbooks.

Eligibility
