About the role

Chryselys is seeking a Senior Associate Developer specialized in Generative AI to design, build, and operate LLM‑powered agentic systems. The role is based in Hyderabad and requires at least three years of experience delivering production‑grade AI applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy multi‑agent workflows that leverage large language models.
Design and implement agent architecture, prompting strategies, tool calling, and context management.
Optimize performance, latency, observability, and tracing for AI services.
Implement security guardrails, human‑in‑the‑loop controls, and reliable failure recovery.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business‑centric platforms.

Eligibility

Minimum three years of software engineering, machine‑learning, or Generative AI experience.
Proven track record of shipping production AI applications.

Skills

Strong programming in Python and/or TypeScript.
Hands‑on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AWS, and AWS AgentCore.
Deep knowledge of agent orchestration, RAG, memory management, and workflow design.
Experience with evaluation, tracing, and performance tuning of AI systems.
