About the role

Empower is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build and optimise machine‑learning solutions for its Generative AI Platform. The role is remote‑first, full‑time and expects strong Python coding, model development and collaboration with data and product teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy scalable ML models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and scikit‑learn.
Optimise models for performance, security and cost efficiency.
Work with data engineers to create robust pipelines for training and inference.
Validate and preprocess data to ensure model reliability.
Research emerging AI/ML trends and experiment with generative‑AI techniques.
Recommend new tools, frameworks and best practices to the platform team.
