About the role
The position is for a Data Scientist focused on Azure Generative AI, based in Chennai, India. The role involves creating, fine‑tuning and deploying large language model solutions on Azure services to address business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and build machine‑learning and generative‑AI models using Azure OpenAI.
- Develop LLM‑based applications for summarisation, classification, Q&A and content creation.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Construct scalable AI pipelines with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks and related services.
- Assess model performance, run A/B tests and optimise for accuracy, latency and cost.
- Promote responsible AI practices covering fairness, transparency and data privacy.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML or a related discipline.
