About the role

Tower Research Capital is seeking motivated Freshers for the role of Software Engineer at its Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and highly reliable software code.
• Augment, optimize, redesign, and re-implement Cactus — Tower’s flagship low-latency and high-throughput production trading platform.
• Engineers sophisticated real-time risk-management tools and performance-tracking systems.
• Develop robust post-trade lifecycle software, including state-of-the-art automated reconciliation workflows.

Eligibility

• B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Open for Freshers with strong computer science fundamentals and algorithmic problem-solving ability.

Skills

• Strong background in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, preferably in C++.
• Solid working knowledge of Linux system environments and shell commands.
• Exceptional analytical, logical reasoning, and complex problem-solving capabilities.
