About the role

Trendwick is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates or career‑switchers to join its engineering team in Hyderabad or Delhi. As an Associate Software Engineer you will write production‑grade code for AI‑driven chat assistants, AI agents and trading tools that run on platforms such as TradingView, MetaTrader and cTrader. The position is full‑time, on‑site and offers a structured learning path with mentorship from senior developers.

Responsibilities

Develop Python components for the company’s AI chat assistant and AI agents.
Integrate applications with large‑language‑model APIs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and validate their responses.
Craft and refine prompts that guide AI behaviour.
Build trading indicators and expert advisors using Pine Script, MQL4/MQL5 and C#.
Consume live market data via APIs and translate trading rules into executable code.
Write and maintain Java and C modules when project needs arise.
Test code, debug issues and document changes in Git.
Participate in code reviews and keep concise implementation notes.

Eligibility

Any graduate or post‑graduate degree, irrespective of discipline or passing year.
0–1 year of professional experience; freshers, career‑gap candidates and career switchers are welcome.
Proficiency in English and any Indian language.
No prior trading knowledge required; training will be provided.

Skills

Basic programming in Python, Java or C.
Understanding of object‑oriented concepts.
Fundamentals of data structures and algorithms.
SQL basics for data handling.
Version control with Git/GitHub.
Problem‑solving mindset and logical thinking.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
