About the role

Arrow Electronics is hiring fresh graduates for a one‑year IT Apprentice program across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and New Delhi. The role offers hands‑on exposure to software development, AI, BI, cloud and security projects, with a monthly stipend and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

Execute entry‑level tasks under supervision and assist senior team members.
Communicate professionally in both written and verbal forms.
Perform basic problem‑solving and report relevant metrics.
Monitor assigned business area measurements and provide updates.
Adapt to a real‑time corporate environment transitioning from college.
Support documentation and routine operational activities.

Eligibility

Graduated in 2026 with at least 60% aggregate.
Degree in BE, B.Tech, MCA, or MSc (CS/IT/Electronics or related streams).
Final‑semester students without backlogs, with provisional certificate at joining, are also considered.
Strong English communication, logical and analytical thinking.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work and collaborate in a team.

Skills

Programming basics: C, C++, Python, PL/SQL, SQL.
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of micro‑controllers, micro‑processors, FPGA (for electronic stream).
Basic knowledge of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
Problem‑solving and analytical reasoning.
