About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate who will lead end‑to‑end cloud migration initiatives, primarily moving workloads from on‑premises or AWS to Azure. The role blends hands‑on engineering with client consulting, ensuring scalable, secure and observable solutions while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute migration projects from on‑premises or AWS environments to Azure.
  • Design, deploy and support Azure compute, networking, security and data services.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automate pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Containerise applications with Docker and manage them on Azure Kubernetes Service.
  • Set up monitoring, logging and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
  • Guide junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership activities.

Eligibility

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in cloud migration and DevOps.
  • Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech, MBA or MCA.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience mentoring others.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in Azure services (VMs, AKS, App Services, Azure SQL, networking, security).
  • Terraform for IaC and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
  • Container technologies – Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Scripting with PowerShell, Bash, Python and Azure CLI.
  • Observability tools – Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics.
