About the role
NICE is looking for a senior DevOps engineer to join the Actimize AI & Analytics team in Pune. You will help build and operate a cloud‑native SaaS platform that powers financial‑crime detection for large banks, using AWS and modern CI/CD tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement shared infrastructure components to improve service availability and scalability.
- Create, maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Terraform and related tools.
- Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver automation that speeds up product development.
- Implement monitoring, alerting and observability solutions for the platform.
- Build and operate highly‑available systems while driving cost‑efficiency and security best practices.
- Communicate progress, risks and road‑maps to senior management and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- 4‑8 years of hands‑on DevOps experience on AWS.
- Proven ability to work in Agile, multi‑disciplinary teams.
Skills
- Terraform and basic Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline orchestration.
- Deep practical knowledge of AWS services, networking and security.
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Version control using GitHub.
- Scripting in Python, Unix shell and PowerShell.
