About the role
Paytm is looking for a product manager to own its AI‑enabled payments offerings for the UAE market. The role involves discovering user and business problems, shaping solutions, launching products and scaling them, while constantly spotting opportunities for AI, ML or intelligent automation to improve experience and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define vision, roadmap and priorities for UAE payments products.
- Translate AI/ML and automation opportunities into clear PRDs, user stories and success metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance and leadership to deliver features on schedule.
- Use data and analytics to monitor performance, run experiments and inform decisions.
- Stay informed about the UAE payments ecosystem, regulations and competitors to guide strategy.
- Iterate on launched products based on feedback, metrics and market shifts.
Eligibility
- 3 to 6 years of hands‑on product management experience.
- Educational background in engineering (B.Tech) or management (MBA).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
Skills
- Product lifecycle ownership from discovery to scale.
- Data‑driven decision making and analytics.
- Awareness of AI/ML, intelligent automation and predictive insights.
- Fintech or payments domain knowledge is a plus.
