About the role

Zendesk is seeking an AI Services Consultant to lead AI‑driven implementations for customers in Pune. The role blends technical expertise on Zendesk’s AI platform with consulting and project‑management skills to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Guide customers through AI product configuration, integration and optimization.
Manage end‑to‑end AI project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and quality.
Facilitate change‑management, training and adoption workshops.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and engineering teams to align on AI roadmaps.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Stay current on emerging AI trends and translate them for diverse stakeholders.

Eligibility

Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting or professional services for enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record in AI or software adoption programs with measurable outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
