About the role
New Relic is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its Global Technical Support team in Bangalore. You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve complex issues, assist with installations and configurations, and help improve the platform through feedback.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical problems.
- Provide empathetic, high‑quality customer service throughout the support lifecycle.
- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and data‑exploration tasks.
- Escalate feature requests and bugs to the product organization.
- Continuously develop expertise in New Relic’s observability suite.
