About the role

Oracle is looking for fresh graduates to join its Bengaluru Technical Support team as Support Engineer 1. The role involves handling customer queries via phone or electronic channels, troubleshooting basic issues on Oracle products, and documenting resolutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers, building relationships through phone, email or in‑person interactions.
Troubleshoot and resolve simple product issues, escalating complex cases to senior engineers.
Document service requests, create knowledge‑base articles and troubleshooting guides.
Use automation tools and AI assistance to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
Monitor personal performance metrics and collaborate with teammates to meet support targets.

Eligibility

Graduates of the 2025 or 2026 batch (no prior work experience required).
Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical interactions.

Skills

Basic understanding of Oracle product ecosystems.
Automation and troubleshooting abilities.
Customer service orientation and problem‑solving mindset.
Willingness to learn knowledge‑base authoring and support tools.
