About the role

MasterCard is looking for a Motion Designer to join its Advisors Creative Desk within the Services team in Gurgaon. You will create motion graphics and animated assets for multi‑channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with art, design and marketing stakeholders to bring client stories to life across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver motion graphics for video, social media and web assets.
Collaborate with creative teams to choose audio, video, colour and animation elements.
Edit footage, add effects and produce title cards, lower‑thirds and end cards.
Develop 2D/3D animations and HTML5‑based motion prototypes.
Maintain organized version‑controlled libraries of video and graphic files.
Support live‑event production, including set lighting and camera work.

Eligibility

Bachelor of Arts in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or a related field.
Strong organizational ability to juggle multiple projects and brands.
Comfort working under tight deadlines and pressure.
