About the role

Mastercard is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its Advisors Creative Desk in Gurgaon. You will work on multi‑brand campaigns for Asia‑Pacific clients, collaborate with project managers, art directors and copywriters, and explore new tools such as Generative AI.

Responsibilities

Partner with Creative Desk PMs, Art Directors and Copywriters to deliver end‑to‑end campaign assets.
Maintain high‑quality, on‑brand designs across print, digital and social media channels.
Produce email and banner graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud and ensure UX‑focused email design standards.
Create and enforce creative guidelines to keep brand consistency.
Support social‑media content creation, research and community interaction.
Manage timelines and budgets for communication material production.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree (post‑graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing are a plus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating design solutions to business problems.
Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Proficiency with Figma.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver.
Interest or experience with Generative AI tools.
Understanding of UX‑based email design and UI standards.
Experience creating campaigns for social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
