About the role
Invesco is seeking an Engineering I – Eng Run professional to provide application and production support for its business applications. The role involves monitoring system health, handling incidents, and assisting with releases while working in a hybrid model from Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for applications, diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Monitor performance, batch jobs and system availability.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure and business teams to fix complex issues.
- Assist in releases, upgrades and small enhancements, including testing and UAT support.
- Maintain documentation, run‑books and support procedures.
- Participate in on‑call rotations, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Skills
- Intermediate SQL and understanding of relational databases.
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and job‑scheduling tools such as AutoSys or UAC.
