About the role

Circles is seeking an experienced backend engineer to join its remote team and help build the next‑generation CXOS telco operating system. The role focuses on Java and Golang development, delivering new features, improving performance, and ensuring reliability for a global SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and/or Golang.
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and journey tests for all new code.
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and security.
Document APIs and design diagrams under senior guidance.
Assist in production issue troubleshooting to meet SLA commitments.
Participate in R&D initiatives and team discussions.
