About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Principal Engineer (PMTS) to lead the Monitoring Cloud Events team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on designing, building, and operating a large‑scale observability platform that ingests, processes, and stores billions of telemetry events across multi‑cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain an end‑to‑end observability stack using open‑source and cloud‑native services.
Develop and operate high‑throughput ETL pipelines and real‑time stream processing jobs.
Own the reliability, performance, and cost‑efficiency of the services you build.
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth within the team.
Collaborate with global partners and customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
