About the role

State Street’s Technology Early Career Entry Program is a full‑time graduate pathway based in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The initiative aims to build future technology leaders by offering hands‑on experience across software development, cloud, DevOps and site reliability engineering while providing mentorship and structured learning.

Responsibilities

Analyse business and technical requirement documents.
Contribute to application design, coding, testing and deployment.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups and retrospectives.
Prepare technical documentation aligned with SDLC processes.
Collaborate with internal State Street teams and use cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Harness) and monitoring solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana).
