About the role

Schneider Electric’s 12‑month Energy Tech Accelerator Graduate Program is a full‑time, permanent role based in Bangalore. It targets recent graduates from the 2024‑2026 batches with a bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, data science, AI/ML or a related engineering discipline. The program consists of two six‑month missions that blend sustainability, AI, and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

Research emerging trends and technologies to identify sustainable opportunities for customers.
Analyse data and strategic challenges, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Streamline processes to improve operational efficiency.
Gather user and stakeholder insights to shape digital offers and services.
Explore AI‑enabled solutions and connect technology with business needs.
Participate in leadership development activities such as global onboarding, hackathons, and potential international travel.

Eligibility
