Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Associate Software Engineer to lead end‑to‑end customer implementation projects on its SaaS platform. Based in Bengaluru, the role blends hands‑on development, integration, and post‑go‑live support while collaborating with delivery, product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, integrate and extend the platform to satisfy customer requirements.
- Estimate effort, deliver maintainable solutions, and ensure timely handover to live operations.
- Own issue resolution from detection through root‑cause analysis and preventive action.
- Contribute feedback on recurring gaps back to the product team.
- Embed quality through unit and integration testing and uphold performance standards.
- Drive repeatable delivery using CI/CD pipelines, automation and robust runbooks.
