Senior Software Engineer - Food

About the role

Cargill is one of the world's largest privately held companies, operating across food, agriculture, financial, and industrial sectors. Their Bengaluru engineering hub is part of the Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) organisation, building enterprise-grade platforms for global business units.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship clean, scalable frontend solutions for enterprise B2B products
• Lead deployment automation using internal platform tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Write and maintain complex unit and integration tests; own debugging and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers across business domains
• Improve development processes and maintain thorough documentation

Eligibility

• 4+ years of frontend engineering experience in JavaScript and React (5+ typical)
• Familiarity with cloud and container tooling: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Cypress, Sonar, and OpenSearch
• Strong engineering fundamentals applicable to scalability and performance in B2B environments
