About the role

The Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist will work in a hybrid model, spending about two days a week at HPE’s Bengaluru office. The role focuses on designing, configuring and enhancing platforms that support governance, risk, compliance and third‑party risk management, turning complex requirements into scalable workflows and actionable reports.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze security incidents and threats, proposing appropriate countermeasures.
Research and apply security patches tailored to client and company environments.
Develop and maintain security solutions based on system analysis and incident resolution.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, policy and IT teams to deliver platform solutions.
Establish reusable technical patterns and mentor less‑experienced contributors.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically four or more years of relevant cybersecurity or GRC experience.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of cyber and IT security concepts, risks and prevention measures.
Strong understanding of security standards, best practices and risk assessment.
Proficiency in SQL, .Net development and scripting languages.
Deep familiarity with network security, monitoring and protocols.
