About the role
The Information Security Analyst will join Deutsche Bank's Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance team in Bangalore. The role focuses on enforcing security policies, creating and reviewing SOPs/KOPs, handling audit findings, and driving process improvements across IAM projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate team activities and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of IAM services.
- Maintain service standards and SLA compliance while monitoring security policies.
- Identify risks, lead process simplification, automation and end‑to‑end closure of gaps.
- Drive 100% audit adherence and timely escalation of issues.
- Produce periodic reports and train new recruits on processes and SOP/KOP creation.
- Foster collaboration with global colleagues and promote a motivated team culture.
Eligibility
- Graduates with strong academic records.
- 4‑6 years total experience, including at least 4 years in Identity Administration.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
Skills
