About Hewlett Packard Enterprise
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is an American multinational enterprise-information-technology company headquartered in Spring, Texas. The company was created on November 1, 2015 when the original Hewlett-Packard Company split into HPE, focused on enterprise products and services, and HP Inc., focused on personal computers and printing. HPE positions itself as an edge-to-cloud company, helping enterprises connect, protect, analyse, and act on data across data centres, edge sites, and public cloud. The HPE portfolio spans servers (HPE ProLiant, HPE Synergy, HPE Apollo), storage (HPE Alletra, HPE Nimble, HPE Primera), networking (Aruba, including its Wi-Fi, switching, SD-WAN, and security products following the Silver Peak acquisition), hybrid-cloud and AI platforms (HPE GreenLake), and high-performance computing and AI (HPE Cray and the acquisition of supercomputing leader Cray Inc.). GreenLake offers consumption-based, as-a-service delivery of HPE infrastructure and software, and HPE has expanded its AI platform offerings around the GreenLake for Large Language Models service. HPE serves enterprise, telecommunications, government, and research customers across more than 170 countries. It has a substantial India footprint with major engineering, services, and global-business-services centres in Bengaluru and other cities, and India is one of HPE's largest non-US workforce hubs. Indian fresher and early-career hiring at HPE typically targets software-engineer, firmware, network-engineer, cloud, AI/ML, technical-support, services, and corporate-functions roles, with applications routed through HPE's global careers portal.
