About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is hiring for the role of Tools & Automation Engineer for our Bengaluru location. This onsite role presents an excellent opportunity for candidates with 0-2 years of experience to design, develop, and troubleshoot software enhancements for a global tech leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assignments of limited scope by applying technical concepts acquired through training or previous experience.
• Code and program enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software.
• Execute established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identify, log, and debug assigned issues.
• Develop an understanding of and relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Experience or understanding of software systems design tools and languages.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types.
