About the role

The Associate Support Engineer will work from Clinisys' Bengaluru office, handling inbound client queries for healthcare software. You will diagnose, document and resolve technical issues, keep clients informed, and use AI‑assisted tools to improve troubleshooting while maintaining high satisfaction scores.

Responsibilities

  • Answer client calls and portal tickets, logging each case in the management system.
  • Assess issue severity, prioritize work and follow best‑practice case handling.
  • Research, document and communicate resolutions, partnering with internal teams as needed.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled resources and knowledge‑base articles to support problem solving.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Clinisys products and industry trends.
  • Participate in on‑call and holiday rotation schedules.

Eligibility

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 0‑2 years of experience in healthcare technology, laboratory sciences, or client support.
  • Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.

Skills

  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Clear verbal and written communication, especially translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client issues simultaneously.
