Responsibilities

• Provide assistance in configuration of applications based on client requirements.
• Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines.
• Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
• Support developing, implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades.
• Analyze and resolve configuration issues with proper documentation and 100% compliance to standards.
