About the role

L&T EduTech is hiring an Engineer Trainee for its Platform Development Team in Chennai. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want hands‑on exposure to full‑stack web development, API integration, and modern cloud‑native practices.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing, building, testing and maintaining web applications that power L&T EduTech’s digital learning platforms.
Develop front‑end features using React or Angular together with JavaScript/TypeScript.
Support back‑end services with Node.js, Express.js and integrate them with MySQL or MongoDB databases.
Create and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handling third‑party integrations.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, unit testing and documentation to ensure code quality.
Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers and senior developers in Agile ceremonies.

Eligibility

B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
0–2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
Strong foundation in JavaScript, TypeScript and web development concepts.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
