About the role

The Associate Analyst will provide technical support for retail banking processes, handling client queries via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved within defined service level agreements.

Escalate critical issues to team leaders and ensure compliance with service agreements.
Participate in product training and continuous learning to stay current with features.
