About the role

Genpact is seeking a Consultant to design, configure and support Oracle E‑Business Suite solutions for its clients. The role involves translating business needs into functional designs, executing tests, providing production support and delivering end‑user training, all within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements and convert them into Oracle EBS functional designs.
  • Configure core Oracle modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, AR and AP.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50, BR100) and lead requirement‑gathering workshops.
  • Develop and run test scenarios, support SIT/UAT and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customisations, reports, interfaces and data migrations.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot functional problems and assist month‑end/year‑end processes.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology, or a Master’s in Software Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in English (C2 level).
