About the role

The Analyst will serve as the first point of contact for end‑users in Lucknow, handling hardware, software and network issues via phone, email or chat. The role involves troubleshooting Windows environments, provisioning user accounts, and escalating complex tickets to higher‑level support teams.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems for customers remotely.
Provide Level 1 remote‑desktop assistance following standard operating procedures.
Create, modify and manage user accounts across systems.
Log incidents and work requests in the Incident Management System and track them to closure.
Coordinate with vendors and internal 2nd/3rd‑level support for escalated issues.
Document configurations, standards and knowledge‑transfer materials for the Service Desk.

Eligibility

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
Ability to interact professionally with end‑users and internal teams.
