About the role
WIN Home Inspection is looking for seasoned software engineers to create AI‑driven digital products and scalable platforms. The position focuses on building backend services, integrating third‑party tools, and engineering intelligent workflows that automate complex business processes, all while collaborating with teams across India and the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and services.
- Build and enhance agentic AI capabilities that can interact with systems, retrieve data, and execute decisions.
- Create robust integrations using Python, REST APIs, webhooks, and Model Context Protocol.
- Orchestrate LLMs and AI agents, optimizing model selection for performance and cost.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and error‑handling to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Eligibility
