About the role

The Implementation Specialist will guide new Weave customers through onboarding, ensuring they are configured, trained, and ready to use scheduling, texting, and communication features of the platform. Working remotely from anywhere in India, you will manage multiple client projects, troubleshoot issues, and drive successful adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact from kickoff to go‑live for assigned customers.
  • Conduct training sessions and activation calls for Weave products.
  • Configure and activate the Weave system according to client needs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Operations, and Engineering to resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor implementation milestones, handle escalations, and ensure a five‑star experience.
  • Document progress, follow‑up actions, and post‑go‑live check‑ins to support long‑term adoption.

Eligibility

  • Minimum two years of experience in customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong presentation and training abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage several implementations at once.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting software workflows.
