About the role

Netradyne is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen its Business Systems Group. Based in Bangalore, the role focuses on designing, configuring, and extending Salesforce solutions that support fleet‑safety and mobility products.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and validate requirements.
Translate requirements into functional specifications and detailed solution designs.
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
Guide development of Apex, Lightning Web Components and API integrations.
Oversee data‑quality activities, migrations, and integration designs using REST/SOAP.
Participate in release management, sandbox strategy and deployment processes.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Advanced degree such as M.Tech or MBA is a plus.
3 to 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce solution design and implementation.

Skills

Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service, Sales, CPQ, Marketing and Community clouds.
Hands‑on experience with Flow Builder, Process Automation and Lightning Experience.
Ability to write or review Apex classes, triggers, SOQL queries and Lightning Web Components.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and SDLC processes.
