About the role

Tower Research Capital is seeking motivated Freshers for the role of Software Engineer at its Gurgaon office.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and highly reliable software code.
Augment, optimize, redesign, and re-implement Cactus — Tower’s flagship low-latency and high-throughput production trading platform.
Engineers sophisticated real-time risk-management tools and performance-tracking systems.
Develop robust post-trade lifecycle software, including state-of-the-art automated reconciliation workflows.

Eligibility
