Teleperformance is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst I to turn data into actionable insights that guide product and business decisions. The role is based in Thane and expects the candidate to work independently while collaborating with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business intelligence data to support strategic decisions.
- Combine historical data from industry reports, public sources and field inputs for analysis.
- Identify and track industry, geographic and competitor trends.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to model outcomes of potential strategies.
- Continuously improve day‑to‑day BI processes and share best practices.
