About the role

Barclays is hiring a Business Analyst (BA4) for its trade execution platform in Mumbai. The role blends functional and technical analysis to support capital‑markets processes, from order capture to post‑trade settlement, and requires close collaboration with dealers, technology, risk and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse business problems and capture detailed requirements for trade‑execution solutions.
  • Produce BRDs, functional specs, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, impact analysis and gap assessments across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Coordinate with development, QA and vendor teams throughout the full SDLC, including SIT/UAT and production releases.
  • Support change‑management activities, risk controls and audit documentation for a regulated trading platform.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and act as the point of contact for external partners.

Eligibility
