About the role
The position supports Bosch’s plant controlling function by acting as a key user for SAP HANA projects and by preparing business plans, forecasts and monthly financial results. The role works closely with value‑stream owners and support functions to align cost targets and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Participate in special SAP HANA implementation projects, contributing roughly 50 % of effort.
- Prepare and finalise business plans and cost‑target forecasts for assigned product lines.
- Generate monthly FAR (Financial Accounting Report) results and present them to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with value‑stream leaders and support teams on a periodic basis to ensure targets are met.
- Support plant‑level controlling activities and act as the primary SAP key user.
Eligibility
- Completed CMA Final or CA Final qualification.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in finance and manufacturing operations.
Skills
- Knowledge of SAP HANA or similar ERP systems.
- Business analysis and financial planning capabilities.
- Understanding of plant‑level cost controlling processes.
